Job Description

- To deal with more complex reception/visitor etc matters
- Contribute to the planning, development and organization of support service systems/procedures/policies
- Organize school trips events etc.
- Supervise, train and develop staff as appropriate
- Manage manual and computerized record/information systems
- Analyze and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information/data as required
- Undertake typing and word processing and complex computer based administrative tasks
- Provide administrative and organizational support to other staff and the governing body
- Undertake administration of complex procedures
- Complete and submit more complex forms, returns etc including those to outside school
- Operate relevant equipment/complex computerized school system
- Monitor and manage stock within an agreed budget, cataloging resources and undertaking audits as required
- Provide advice and guidance to staff, students and others
- Undertake research and obtain information to inform decisions
- Assist with procurement and sponsorship
- Assist with marketing and promotion of the school
- Manage administration of facilities including use of school premises
- Undertake complex financial administration procedures
- Assist with the planning, monitoring and evaluation of budgets
- Manage expenditure within an agreed budget
- Comply with and assist in the development of policies and procedures relating to child protection, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to principal
- To adhere to school health and safety policy including risk assessment and safety systems
- To adhere to school policy on equality and diversity
- To contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school
- Establish constructive relationships and communicate with other professionals outside school
- Attend and participate in regular meetings
Requirement

- Indonesian
- Live in East Java is preferred
- Minimum BA in Administration
- Fluent in English
- An ability and willingness to work hard
- Committed to engaging, interactive working and education
- Ability to use technology in the office
- Ability to work collaboratively as an effective member of the school faculty (fresh graduates and experienced administrator welcome to apply)
