	Job Description
	- Prepare design, both the site plan and building design for new land to be developed - Evaluate all documents design drawing - Prepare working drawings consisting of structure, architecture and installation of water and electricity - Conducting cooperation/coordination with the project section - Perform cooperation/coordination with consultants - Creating job specifications relating to architectural, structural, ME and interior - Coordinate periodic data storage
	Requirement
	- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Architecture from reputable Universities - Placement in Jakarta - At least 3 years of working experience in architect function for diverse property projects (especially high rise building) - Prior experience and knowledge in the development of project management - Posses a good command in computer application: AutoCAD V.2000 up (2D expert and 3D), coreldraw V.10 up, freehand/photoshop V.7 up is a must - Good comprehension of technical drawing
